Job Title:Online Sales B2B(Full time)
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions on e-commerce platforms (IndiaMart, Trade India, Udaan, Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, or social media
· Follow up on online leads and convert them into sales
· Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance metrics
· Monitor trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to suggest improvements
· Use analytics tools to track conversions and bounce rate.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Proven experience in B2B online or eCommerce sales (1–2 years preferred)
· Knowledge of online sales platforms like India Mart, Trade India, Udaan, Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
· Familiarity with digital communication tools (WhatsApp, email, chat tools)
· Goal-oriented, customer-focused, and highly organized
· Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM, and sales reporting tools
