Ecommerce Executive

As a Catalogue Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to manage and optimize the product catalogue. Your role will involve overseeing the addition, maintenance, and enhancement of product listings to ensure accuracy and consistency across the site. You will lead a team of catalogue executives, allocate tasks effectively, and collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to enhance product pages and drive conversions. Conducting regular audits to ensure SEO optimization and up-to-date information will be essential. Analyzing performance metrics and recommending improvements to the catalogue structure and presentation will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will lead the launch of new product collections, promotions, and seasonal updates. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce catalogue management, including leadership responsibilities. Strong knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce tools is required, as well as excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Experience in managing teams and working cross-functionally will be beneficial. Preferred qualifications include a strong understanding of SEO, UX, and conversion optimization, as well as knowledge of HTML/CSS for advanced product page customization.
