As an Ecommerce Executive at Magenka, you will play a crucial role in managing accounts, sales, team management, and sales strategies for our diverse Indian home decor and furnishings products. Based in Kolkata, this full-time on-site position requires your dedication and expertise in various day-to-day tasks related to enhancing product visibility and driving sales on B2B e-commerce platforms. Your responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding suitable e-commerce platforms, creating and managing product listings with accurate descriptions and visuals, and ensuring regular updates to keep listings optimized. You will develop and implement marketing strategies, utilize advertising tools for increased product visibility, and plan platform-specific campaigns to boost sales. Monitoring sales trends, analyzing product performance, and identifying pricing strategies based on insights will be integral to your role. Collaborating with design and content teams, you will enhance product descriptions, images, and SEO keywords to improve search rankings and conversions. Additionally, you will manage communication with operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and assist in the complete product life cycle from design to customer delivery. To excel in this position, you should possess strong analytical skills, account management, and sales expertise. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with previous experience in the ecommerce or retail industry.
