Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Upload and manage products on e-commerce platforms
Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and up-to-date
Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a high level of customer service and build strong customer relationships.
Use data insights to optimize product listings, marketing campaigns, and sales strategies.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely stock replenishment and order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce

Experience : 1 to 3 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
