About Us:

We are a leading D2C brand specializing in mobile covers and mobile accessories. We're seeking an experienced E-commerce Executive to manage our online presence across Flipkart, Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Executive to manage our D2C brand's online presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing seller accounts on Amazon and Flipkart. The role involves strategizing and executing plans to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize our D2C brand's presence on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyse sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with e-commerce platform policies, guidelines, and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews, feedback, and complaints on e-commerce platforms.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand product offerings, improve customer experience, and increase brand visibility.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in managing seller accounts on Amazon and Flipkart.
• Proven track record of successfully managing e-commerce operations, driving sales, and improving customer satisfaction.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent knowledge of e-commerce platforms, policies, and guidelines.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, paid advertising, and social media marketing.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms beyond Amazon and Flipkart.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools, such as Excel, Google Analytics, or Tableau.
• Certification in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
