Ecommerce Executive

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Executive to manage our online sales channels, including Flipkart and Amazon. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce operations, online reconciliation, and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain online sales channels (Flipkart, Amazon, etc.)
2. Process orders, handle cancellations, and resolve customer queries
3. Perform online reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments and settlements
4. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights for business growth
5. Collaborate with internal teams (Logistics, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure seamless operations
6. Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and ecommerce best practices

Requirements:

1. BCom degree from a recognized university (Preferred)
2. Experience with ecommerce platforms (Flipkart, Amazon, etc.)
3. Knowledge of inventory management and logistics operations
4. Proven experience in ecommerce operations, preferably in a similar role
5. Strong understanding of online reconciliation and payment processes
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
9. Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office
