Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an eCom Operational Manager based in Mumbai, with some flexibility for remote work. The eCom Operational Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily e-commerce operations, managing the supply chain, coordinating with vendors, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders. The role also includes analyzing sales data, improving operational efficiencies, maintaining product listings, and ensuring a consistent and seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing e-commerce operations and supply chain management
• Proficiency in inventory management and order fulfilment processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales data and optimize operations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and manage vendor relationships effectively
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Having basic knowledge of Excel, MS Office, etc.
• Familiarity with a seller platform would be preferred, but we can surely train you with that.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
