As an experienced candidate for the role, you will be expected to possess a hybrid skillset that combines strong technical frontend development capabilities with solid operational support experience. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Knowledge of Production Application Support - Solid level3 support experience in eCommerce platforms - Preferable experience with frontend skills in Shopify platforms - Proficiency in React, Javascript, HTML, and CSS - Exposure to Headless CMS (Builder.io) and Search engines like Bloomreach - Hands-on experience in Monitoring, Logging, Alerting, Dashboarding, and report generation using monitoring tools such as NewRelic - Familiarity with ITIL framework, specifically in Alerts, Incident, Change Management, CAB, Production deployments, Risk, and mitigation plan - Ability to lead P1 calls, brief customers about P1 incidents, and proactively involve leads/customers in P1 calls till RCA - Experience with postman and knowledge of building and executing SOP, runbooks, and handling ITSM platforms such as JIRA/ServiceNow/BMC Remedy - Collaboration with Dev teams and cross-functional teams across different time zones - Proficiency in generating WSR/MSR by extracting tickets from ITSM platforms The details of the company are not provided in the job description.,
