Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecological Enterprises Facilitator located in Banswara. The Enterprises Facilitator will be responsible for engaging with local communities to develop and promote sustainable and climate resilient enterprises. Daily tasks include conducting field visits, providing training and support to community members, coordinating with stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for economic development. Additional responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating program outcomes and reporting progress to the management team.

• Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders
• Experience in monitoring, evaluating program outcomes, and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in sustainable development and economic growth through local livelihood interventions.
• Relevant educational background- post graduation in social development or work experience in social work, community development, or related fields
• Fluency in local languages and dialects is a plus
