As an Early Years Facilitator at Klay Preschools and Daycare, your role is crucial in providing a fun and enriching learning environment for children. You will be responsible for catering to their cognitive, physical, personal, social, and emotional developmental needs. Additionally, you will act as a role model for your team while upholding KLAY values and code of conduct. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging learning sessions at the child's home based on the approved lesson plan - Plan activities and sessions creatively to ensure a fun and enriching experience for children - Implement lesson plans and keep children constructively occupied during sessions - Maintain necessary reports and records for each child - Utilize resources effectively and minimize wastage - Enhance the appeal of the center/class with age-appropriate displays and activities - Adhere to school policies and communicate regularly with parents - Conduct observations and assessments of children regularly - Plan and execute events, trips, and celebrations in line with the Events Calendar - Ensure the safety, health, hygiene, and security of the children - Provide guidance and feedback to assistant teachers and support staff - Interact with parents to discuss children's progress Individual Responsibilities: - Demonstrate professionalism while interacting with parents and team members - Act as a guide and role model for colleagues - Manage time, resources, and stress effectively - Exhibit punctuality, respect, and responsibility to children - Possess knowledge of early child development milestones and child-related concepts - Proficient in basic computer skills and report writing - Showcase good communication, presentation, creative work, and storytelling skills Qualifications Required: - Degree in Early Childhood Education (NTT, Montessori, ECE, CIDTT trained) or Bachelor's Degree - Minimum 0-5 years of preschool teaching experience If you are enthusiastic, take initiative, and display ownership, we encourage you to apply for this full-time Early Years Facilitator position at Klay Preschools and Daycare.
