We are hiring enthusiastic and passionate female candidates for the Teacher position at our newly launched Little Millennium Preschool, Baby Nagar, Velachery branch. Preferred Profile: Montessori-trained candidates will be given preference Candidates residing within 5 km radius of Baby Nagar, Velachery Must have basic computer knowledge and interest in arts & crafts Excellent communication skills in English Prior experience in schools/preschools is an added advantage Freshers with strong passion for early childhood education are welcome to apply. Roles & Responsibilities: Implement age-appropriate teaching techniques including storytelling, educational play, and media Observe each childs behavior and development to help enhance their social skills and self-esteem Maintain a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment Coordinate with parents and other staff to support overall development of the child Foster creativity and curiosity through interactive, hands-on learning activities Uphold the values and curriculum standards of the Little Millennium program. Qualifications: Undergraduate Degree in any discipline (UG: Any Graduate) Certification or diploma in Montessori / Early Childhood Education is an advantage Good understanding of child development and modern teaching practices Creative, patient, flexible, and passionate about working with children
