Early Years Facilitator/ Head Teacher/ Teacher

As an Early Years Facilitator at Klay Preschools and Daycare, you will play a crucial role in providing a fun and enriching learning environment for children. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering engaging learning sessions at the child's home based on the approved lesson plans - Ensuring that lesson plans are implemented effectively and keeping children constructively occupied during sessions - Maintaining reports and records for each child - Enhancing the appeal of the center with age-appropriate displays and activities - Adhering to school policies and ensuring regular communication with parents - Conducting observations and assessments of children regularly - Collaborating with colleagues to plan and execute events, trips, and celebrations - Ensuring the safety, health, hygiene, and security of the children - Guiding assistant teachers and support staff, providing feedback and support as needed - Interacting with parents to discuss their child's progress In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to: - Demonstrate professional behavior while interacting with parents and team members - Serve as a role model to children in terms of punctuality, respect, and responsibility - Possess knowledge of early child development milestones and child-related concepts - Have basic computer skills and good communication and presentation abilities - Be creative and have strong storytelling skills This is a full-time, permanent position located in Wakad, Hinjewadi phase 1 & 2, Aundh, Viman nagar, Kalyani nagar, Magarpatta, and Kharadi.
