Role Overview: As an Early Years Facilitator at our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating stimulating and safe learning environments for young children. Your primary responsibility will be to lead classroom operations, plan age-appropriate lessons, and foster holistic development through innovative teaching strategies. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a positive and orderly environment, document children's progress, and integrate technology into teaching practices. Key Responsibilities: - Lead classroom operations by planning, preparing, and delivering age-appropriate lessons - Foster holistic development in children through engaging teaching strategies - Inculcate healthy eating habits, etiquettes, and resting routines - Maintain a safe and positive learning environment, instilling good values and life skills - Observe, assess, and document children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents - Integrate technology and modern tools into teaching and learning practices Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in any stream - Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education (NTT, Montessori, ECE, CIDTT/CIDTL trained) Additional Details: Our organization is seeking passionate Early Years Teachers who demonstrate strong communication skills, a nurturing personality, and the ability to engage children in play-based learning experiences.
