Our recruiting team is dedicated to driving innovation in AI, engineering, and program delivery, while focusing on cultivating talent through proactive sourcing and continuous learning. **Responsibilities:** - **Candidate Assessment & Screening:** - Identify and gather information to qualify talent pool. - Execute initial screening and assessing of candidates. - Leverage tools and assessment frameworks to assess candidates. - **Candidate Attraction:** - Use best practices on sourcing, recruiting, and closing techniques. - Track candidate activity using systems and tools. - Elicit interest in candidates by showcasing Microsoft's unique career possibilities. - **Candidate Experience:** - Maintain candidate satisfaction throughout the hiring process. - Enhance candidate experience and maintain Service Level Agreements. - **Data Analysis & Hiring Plans:** - Review data and market research to recommend and implement hiring plans. - Analyze data to improve staffing performance. - **Market Analysis and Channel Insights:** - Gather external market data and perform analyses. - Share insights and recommendations within the team. - **Operational Compliance & Excellence:** - Maintain documentation on candidates within compliance guidelines. - Capture relevant data in recruiting platform for meaningful insights. - **Stakeholder/ Client Engagement:** - Execute hiring plans within aligned business groups. - Balance budget, scope, and time expectations. - **Workforce Analysis:** - Identify hiring needs and share recommendations based on internal data. **Qualifications:** **Required qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of talent acquisition experience, HR experience, or industry-related experience OR equivalent. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of talent acquisition experience OR Master's Degree AND 3+ years of talent acquisition experience OR equivalent. In this role, you will interpret clients" business requirements to promote an optimal talent mix. You will develop pipelines to meet future business needs and leverage tools and assessment frameworks to assess candidates effectively. Please note that this position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted continuously until the position is filled.,
