Job Title: EA to MD (MIS)

Position: MIS cum Executive Assistant to Managing Director
Preferred Qualification: LLB or Civil Background
Experience: 2 – 5 Years
Department: Admin / Projects / Management Support
Location: Kamptee road
CTC: 5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Assist the MD/senior management with documentation, file management, drafting letters, and preparing presentations.
• Coordinate with departments to collect data, verify information, and ensure timely submission.
• Analyze data and highlight discrepancies, delays, or issues requiring attention.
• Maintain records related to legal, contractual, and project documentation.
• Draft, review, and organize agreements, legal papers, and project-related documents.
• Track project progress, timelines, compliance requirements, and pending actions.
• Schedule meetings, prepare MOM (Minutes of Meetings), and follow up with stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain secure filing systems.
• Coordinate between management and internal/external stakeholders for smooth workflow.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation as per company policies.
• Prepare summary reports, dashboards, and presentations for management reviews.
• Support administrative tasks, workflow monitoring, and overall operational planning.
• Provide analytical support for decision-making, risk assessment, and project monitoring.
• Escalate issues on time and provide dependable support to the MD.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication, drafting, and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Strong follow-up and multitasking ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
