Executive Assistant to the CMD Reports to: CMD Location: Noida Sec 57 Job Overview: The Executive Assistant to the CMD provides high-level administrative support by handling information requests, performing clerical functions, preparing reports and presentations, and managing communication. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and demonstrates outstanding communication and presentation skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Communication & Coordination: o Serve as the primary point of contact for the (CMD), coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. o Draft and prepare high-quality emails, reports, and other correspondence on behalf of the CMD o Organize and facilitate meetings, ensuring clear communication of agendas, objectives, and necessary follow-ups. o Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while providing a professional interface for the CMD. o Follow up on behalf of CMD with staff members about the tasks given by CMD. o Various email tracking. o Set up Online meetings. o Making minutes of each meeting. 2. Scheduling & Calendar Management: o Manage and optimize the CMD’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events as needed. o Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking accommodations and creating itineraries. o Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them to maximize the CMD’s productivity. 3. Excel & Data Management: o Utilize Excel to prepare and maintain data for analysis and reporting, including dashboards, financial summaries, and project metrics. o Perform data analysis and reporting with advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) to support CMD's decision-making. o Generate summaries and visuals from raw data to present insights and support strategic decisions. 4. Presentation & Reporting: o Develop professional presentations for internal and external audiences that align with the CMD’s objectives. o Create data-driven visuals and summaries for effective communication of complex information. o Ensure presentations are clear, visually appealing, and effectively communicate key messages and goals. Salary : As per Experience. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
