Excel Expertise:
Advanced Excel Proficiency (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

1️ Administrative & Executive Support

• Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, travel, and logistics.
• Organize and prepare for meetings: agenda, presentations, minutes, and follow-ups.
• Handle confidential documents, business correspondence, and emails professionally.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and senior leadership.

2️ Business Analysis & Excel Reporting (Advanced)

• Prepare detailed business dashboards, MIS reports, performance trackers.
• Use Advanced Excel functions: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros, Conditional

Formatting, Data Validation, Charts, Dashboard Creation.

• Maintain project trackers, financial reports, and business analytics.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to support MD’s decision-making.

3️ Coordination & Project Assistance

• Support strategic initiatives and follow up on action items assigned by MD.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow.
• Draft high-quality presentations using PowerPoint & Excel-based visual insights.
• Conduct research, compile business summaries, and assist in business reviews.

4️ Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Draft emails, reports, proposals, and professional documents.
• Maintain strong internal & external communication for business support.
• Liaise with high-level officials, partners, and clients.
