We are urgently looking for EA to Managing Director in one of the Cable Manufacturing Industry at Ahmedabad location.

Experience : 2-8 yrs

Job Description:-

Mail Communication:

• Draft, edit, and proofread communications on behalf of the Director.
• Ensure timely responses to inquiries and maintain communication logs.

Scheduling:

• Coordinate and manage the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
• Prepare agendas and materials for meetings, ensuring all necessary information is available.

Collaboration:

• Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for meetings and conferences.
