EA to CMD

The position available in Ahmedabad is for an EA to CMD with 8 to 15+ years of experience. As an EA to CMD, your role will involve providing administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Managing Director. You will be responsible for managing the planner of CMD and organizing commitments efficiently. It will be essential to follow up on tasks delegated to you and maintain the information flow of their status. Researching on topics given will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be required to offer administrative and secretarial support for meetings or events, along with general administration assistance. Additionally, you will need to follow up with internal team members and external stakeholders for reports, papers, and correspondence. This will involve tasks such as filing, preparation, collation, and distribution of supportive documentation, notes, and correspondence. Screening telephone calls, letters, and emails will be part of your daily routine. Providing advice in matters requiring personal attention, with associated deadlines, and preparing relevant documentation will also be crucial. In the absence of the CMD, you may need to deal with matters requiring attention or refer them to the appropriate person. Responding in consultation to correspondence addressed to CMD will also be among your duties.
