EA ERP Finance And PPM-Fusion Finance - Senior

As an experienced professional in Oracle ERP Financials and Fusion Financials, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologies - Conducting CRP sessions and participating in design reviews and discussions - Interpreting functional requirements and designing solutions from offshore - Designing module-specific solutions within the integrated Oracle Fusion context - Handling Solution Design, Functional Fit-Gap, Training, and Testing sessions - Assisting business users during CRPs, SITs, and UATs - Preparing quality deliverables, test scripts, and test cases - Conducting trainings and supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) Your competencies and skills should include: - Strong communication skills and the ability to translate requirements into design documents - Knowledge of documenting using OUM or any other methodology - Strong customer handling skills and the ability to lead and mentor team members - Working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and strong organizational and time management skills - Analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to acquire and apply complex business knowledge quickly - Working as part of a team, following release management processes, multitasking, and staying focused on release priorities - Holding a valid passport as client site work and business traveling are involved Qualifications required for this role are: - 6-10 years of experience in Oracle ERP Financials with at least 2 years in Fusion Financials - Experience in at least 3 full life cycle implementations, with one on Fusion Financials - Good exposure to Project accounting and supply chain modules - Experience in client-facing roles, handling integrations, data conversion activities, and solution design - Application configuration, test case preparation, and execution Additionally, the company, EY, is committed to building a better working world by providing long-term value for clients, people, and society.
