Job Description

  • Oversee general office administration and secretarial support to leaders
  • Work with a leading global asset management firm

About Our Client

The company is a well-regarded global MNC in the financial services industry, specialising in investment and asset management.
  • Provide executive-level support, including calendar management and travel arrangements, to senior leaders.
  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring all facilities are managed effectively.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
  • Manage office budgets, including procurement and expense tracking.
  • Support HR processes like onboarding and maintaining employee records.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and service providers.
  • Maintain a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Take ownership of ad hoc projects to support the business's operational needs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful EA and Office Manager should have:
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in executive support and office management.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with financial services or investment/asset management industries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
