As an eLearning Project Manager, your role involves planning, managing, and delivering eLearning projects by coordinating between clients, instructional designers (IDs), and graphic designers (GDs. Your primary goal is to ensure high-quality deliverables, timely execution, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, gathering and understanding their requirements. Conduct project kick-off meetings and regularly update clients on progress. - Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Create and manage project plans, assign tasks to IDs and GDs, and track progress to ensure timelines are met. - Serve as a bridge between Instructional Designers and Graphic Designers, clarifying project expectations, file naming conventions, and delivery formats. Schedule internal review and feedback sessions. - Identify and evaluate new eLearning vendors or partners, obtaining proposals/quotes from multiple companies. - Ensure projects meet quality standards before delivering to the client. Coordinate content reviews, design checks, and final sign-offs. - Collaborate with the Sales/Business Development team to convert new leads into projects. Provide effort estimates and timelines for proposals. Qualifications Required: - 4-8 years of experience in managing eLearning or digital media projects. - Good understanding of instructional design and graphic design workflows. - Strong communication and client-handling skills. - Familiarity with tools like Trello, MS Project, Jira, or Excel for tracking. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
