We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. Responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, wed like to meet you. Ultimately, youll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our companys rapid and sustainable growth. As a Sales Executive, youll drive revenue growth by building relationships, managing accounts, and closing deals. Key responsibilities include: Identifying new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, Email campaigns, social media and networking. Conducting product or service presentations tailored to the needs of clients and prospective customers. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Negotiating contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals. Overseeing a portfolio of existing accounts, strengthening client relationships, and identifying upselling opportunities. Collaborating with internal teams, to ensure a seamless client experience. Meeting and exceeding sales quotas, tracking progress using CRM software, and generating regular performance reports. Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge. Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Negotiate/close deals Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Gather feedback from prospects and share with internal teams Requirements and skills Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role Proficiency in spoken & written English Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint Hands-on experience with CRM software, campaigning & prospecting tools will be prefered Basic understanding of negotiating techniques Experience of working with E-learning/IT software sales or Hospitality Industry sales Should be target oriented Should have knowledge of lead generation through various channels Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
