Job Title: E-commerce Executive Location: Jaipur Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 years Industry: E-commerce / Retail / Fashion / FMCG (customize as needed) About the Role: We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, inventory updates, order processing, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc. Upload product content including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing. Track and update inventory across platforms to avoid stock-outs or overselling. Process daily orders, coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for dispatches. Monitor platform performance, sales trends, and generate regular reports. Handle return orders, cancellations, and customer queries effectively. Coordinate promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts on various platforms. Ensure listing quality, SEO optimization, and platform compliance. Key Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role. Familiarity with seller panels of major platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc.). Proficient in Excel and basic data analysis. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
