E-Commerce Support Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize image content for Amazon listings, including A+ content.
• Upload and update product listings on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
• Create and manage ad campaigns, monitor performance, and assist with reporting.
• Download platform files, make necessary updates, and re-upload them.
• Prepare supporting Excel sheets, such as raw data and product variation sheets, and upload them to the platform.
• Regularly update product details, pricing, and variations on e-commerce platforms.
• Provide operational support to E-Commerce Executives and assist with daily tasks.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to ensure smooth workflow within the e-commerce team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Language Skills: Fluency in English is an added advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is desirable.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and handle diverse tasks.
• Freshers Welcome: No prior experience required, but a proactive attitude and eagerness to grow are essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rajkot, Rajkot, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
