Job Description

Responsibilities: Manage and support client accounts for their e-commerce business needs Product listing and cataloging on ecommerce platforms Handle promotions, campaign planning, and offer setup Process and manage labels and shipments Conduct one-on-one client calls and provide regular updates Track performance metrics and prepare detailed reports Ensure a smooth client experience and handle queries efficiently Requirements: Strong communication and coordination skills Basic understanding of online marketplaces and tools Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting Self-motivated and proactive with a client-first approach Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Location: Meerut, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh (Preferred) Work Location: In person
