Job Title: E-commerce Specialist (Marketplace & Quick Commerce)
Location: Bangalore | Experience: 1+ year
About the Role
Were looking for a performance-driven E-commerce Specialist to manage ads and growth across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket).
The role requires hands-on campaign execution, optimization, and data-led decision-making to improve visibility, ROI, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and optimize ad campaigns on Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD) and Flipkart Ads to maintain healthy ACOS, TACOS, and ROAS.
- Plan and execute visibility and performance ads across Blinkit , Zepto, Swiggy ,Instamart, and BigBasket, tracking CTR, ROI, and offtake.
- Analyze weekly performance data — spends, revenue, category share, and SOV — and share actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative, brand, and category teams for campaign planning, sale event readiness, and product visibility.
- Maintain optimized product listings (titles, bullets, A+ content, images) to improve organic rank and conversion rate.
- Monitor competition and recommend budget or bidding optimizations based on performance trends.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience managing E-commerce advertising (Amazon, Flipkart, or quick commerce).
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.-
- Understanding of paid–organic interplay, category dynamics, and campaign optimization metrics.
- Exposure to FMCG / D2C categories preferred.
- Ability to work closely with internal and platform teams for execution and visibility drives.
