About the Role

We are seeking a skilled E-Commerce Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and online growth. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in e-commerce marketing, campaign execution, and building marketing funnels to attract and convert prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing model preparation and execution for hooking up the prospects.
• Develop & execute e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Build end-to-end marketing funnels for prospect targeting and nurturing.
• Manage & optimize paid campaigns (Google, Meta, Marketplace Ads).
• Execute SEO, SEM, remarketing & retargeting strategies.
• Monitor and improve performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CAC, conversions).
• Manage marketplace presence and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct competitor & market research for strategy enhancement.
• Collaborate with product, content, and sales teams to align marketing plans.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and analytics dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 23 years experience in e-commerce/digital marketing
• Background in platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, airline apps, hotel booking apps, ride-hailing apps, insurance portals, or similar e-commerce platforms preferred
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer funnels & conversion optimization
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, CRM & automation tools
• Proficiency in SEO, paid ads & campaign management
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
