E-Commerce Sales Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and execute online sales plans to meet targets. Plan product pricing, offers, and campaign strategies. Platform Management Manage listings and catalogs on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. Optimize product listings (titles, images, keywords, SEO). Performance Monitoring Track sales, traffic, conversion rates, and returns. Analyze platform dashboards and prepare reports. Inventory Coordination Ensure stock availability and manage reorders. Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment centers. Promotions & Campaigns Run platform ads (like Amazon PPC, Flipkart PLA). Plan and execute festive or seasonal promotions. Team & Vendor Coordination Coordinate with graphic designers, data entry teams, and customer support. Deal with online marketplace account managers. Customer Experience Monitor reviews, ratings, and resolve customer issues. Reduce order cancellations and returns. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) Data analysis and Excel/Google Sheets skills Digital marketing knowledge (PPC, SEO, campaigns) Experience in handling seller panels Product and market research capabilities Communication and team management Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,262.58 - ₹52,800.32 per month Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Current Salary ?
