E-Commerce Sales Internship in Ahmedabad

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Handle outbound travel inquiries via calls, emails, and social media platforms.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable travel packages (honeymoon, family, corporate, etc.).
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings through persuasive communication and strong product knowledge.
• Maintain CRM data accurately and follow up with potential clients regularly.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
• Build repeat business by offering excellent post-sales service and travel assistance.
• Stay updated on latest travel trends, destinations, airline offers, and partner DMC deals.
  

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in handling B2C travel leads and direct client interactions.
• Knowledge of destinations like Dubai, Bali, Singapore, Maldives, Europe, etc., is a plus.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and basic Excel.
• Passionate about travel and customer service.
