We are looking for a Returns Coordinator to lead and manage the entire product returns and dispatch operations. This role will oversee the supervisors responsible for e-commerce marketplace returns. The ideal candidate must have a technical background, preferably in electronics or power tools servicing, with strong leadership and coordination skills.

Looking for an experienced executive to manage returns from . Role involves coordinating with warehouse, service center, and managing a small team. Experience in electronics servicing or power tools preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Handle return operations and product inspections
• Coordinate classification of returns (repair/resale/scrap)
• Supervise and coordinate the work of returns supervisors.
• Ensure timely inspection, processing, and reporting of returned products.
• Coordinate with warehouse, service team & showroom.
• Maintain return logs and reports

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical
• 3–6 years experience in product service/warehouse returns
• Strong coordination and reporting skills
• Excel/ERP/email proficiency
• Local candidates preferred

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
