Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur for an E-commerce Reconciliation Manager in the Finance domain. The manager will be responsible for overseeing the reconciliation of financial transactions related to various e-commerce platforms. Daily tasks include managing payment settlements, analyzing discrepancies, maintaining accurate financial reports, collaborating with sales and customer service teams, and ensuring smooth operations for e-commerce financial processes. The role will also involve developing strategies to optimize the reconciliation process.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Negotiation to manage vendor relationships effectively
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to identify discrepancies and optimize financial processes
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in Sales processes and understanding financial implications
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
• Prior experience in e-commerce or retail finance is highly preferred
