E-commerce & Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

The E-commerce & Procurement Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and procuring various products and services from online platforms and vendors to support our retail outlets. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of e-commerce and a keen eye for pricing and deals. The specialist will manage relationships with key online partners and ensure all procurement activities are cost-effective and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

Online Procurement & Price Analysis:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement of products from various online shopping portals.
• Conduct regular and timely checks on prices, offers, and promotions across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc., to ensure the best possible value.
• Vendor Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor teams from Servify and Cashify.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and after-sales support.
• Logistics & Documentation:
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of all procured products.
• Maintain accurate records of all purchases, invoices, and vendor communications.
• Strategic Sourcing:
• Identify new online vendors and platforms that can provide a strategic advantage in terms of product range, pricing, or service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in a purchase, procurement, or e-commerce focused role.
• Proven experience dealing with vendors and managing online transactions.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in any field. A degree in commerce or a related discipline is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
