E-commerce Operations Manager

Job Description

Ecommerce Platform Management: Oversee daily operations across all ecommerce portals (Amazon, Flipkart, company website, etc.), ensuring product listings, pricing, and stock availability are up to date. • Order Processing & Fulfillment: Manage the end-to-end order cycle, from receiving orders to coordinating with the warehouse for dispatch, tracking shipments, and handling returns. • Inventory & Stock Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, monitor inventory movement, and coordinate restocking to avoid shortages or overstocking. • Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with production, warehousing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of ecommerce orders. • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze ecommerce sales, inventory turnover, and operational efficiency, generating reports to drive data-backed decisions. • Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce order processing time, and enhance customer satisfaction. • Vendor & Logistics Coordination: Manage relationships with courier partners and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. • Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to marketplace policies, company SOPs, and industry best practices.Role & responsibilities
