Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce website, including inventory management, order processing, and shipment tracking.
2. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
3. Regularly update and maintain product list, stock levels, and pricing on the website.
4. Manage customer queries related to orders, deliveries, and product availability.
5. Collaborate with departments to optimize website performance and customer satisfaction.
