Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Executive to

manage and streamline our day-to-day e-commerce activities. The ideal candidate will

handle order placements, track shipping, manage stock, coordinate with vendors, and

support customer interactions, ensuring smooth backend operations for our e-commerce

business.

Key Responsibilities:

Track and follow up on shipping status for all orders across platforms
Place and monitor orders on supplier portals like Qikink and Myxtur
Cross-check order bills, listings, and website uploads for accuracy
Manage customer interactions on WhatsApp and maintain communication records
Coordinate corporate/bulk order registrations and follow-ups (e.g., via IndiaMart)
Maintain inventory records and oversee packaging tasks
Explore new platforms for listing and selling products
Identify new vendors or products for potential partnerships
Support operational reporting using Excel and other tools

Requirements:

Proficient in English, Kannada, and Hindi
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Strong communication and coordination skills
Basic understanding of e-commerce operations preferred
Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
