E-Commerce & Operations Assistant

As an E-commerce & Operations Assistant at Love Letter, you will play a crucial role in driving growth through operations, inventory management, wholesale servicing, and e-commerce coordination. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth functioning of Love Letters sales channels, including e-commerce, wholesale/consignment partners, and retail events. By bridging customer service, inventory management, production coordination, and partner servicing, you will contribute to timely fulfillment, accurate reporting, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day order fulfillment and respond to customer queries promptly and professionally. - Monitor e-commerce inventory, place replenishment requests with the production team, and coordinate for made-to-order or custom requests. - Keep Shopify updated with new collections, products, and seasonal launches. - Plan and execute operational aspects of pop-ups, exhibitions, and retail events to ensure smooth on-ground sales. - Provide service to store partners by sharing look books and product details each season. - Manage inventory allocations and coordinate with production to ensure timely fulfillment of bulk orders. - Maintain and update paperwork and agreements for each retail/wholesale partner. - Track total inventory overview across e-commerce and store partners. - Consolidate sales reports across all channels and share insights with the founder to inform production, buying, and range planning. Qualifications: - Functional knowledge of Microsoft Excel. - Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills. - 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. This position is based in Gurgaon and requires immediate joining on a full-time basis.
