E-commerce Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

Looking for an E-Commerce Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize Amazon & Flipkart ads, improve ROAS, ensure account health, and coordinate with ad agencies. Strong expertise in PPC, keyword optimization, bid & budget management is required.

Key Responsibilities1. Advertising & Campaign Management

• Plan, execute & optimize Sponsored Ads on Amazon/Flipkart.
• Improve traffic, conversions & reduce TACOS.
• Manage bids, budgets, keywords & targeting.
• Track ad agency performance.
• Improve organic rankings alongside paid strategy.
• Run A/B tests; implement retargeting & cart abandonment strategies.
• Competitor analysis & maintain detailed ad performance tracking.

2. Account Health & Marketplace Management

• Ensure Amazon/Flipkart policy compliance.
• Monitor ODR, LSR, returns & overall account health.
• Handle ASIN suspensions & POA.
• Optimize product listings with SEO-rich content.

3. Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports.
• Track category trends & competitor activity.
• Provide data-backed insights for continuous improvement.

4. Budget & Strategy

• Allocate & monitor ad budgets.
• Plan seasonal sale/event ad strategies.
• Collaborate with content, SEO & operations teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
