Job Description

As an Online Platform Operations Manager, your main responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day operations of the online platform. This includes overseeing the catalog, pricing, promotions, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth functioning of the platform. You will be required to track sales analytics, KPIs, and customer satisfaction to identify areas of improvement and success. Additionally, collaborating with cross-functional teams on promotions will be essential to drive the platform's growth and success.
