* Lead and manage the entire E-commerce business (own website + marketplaces).
* Build and execute E-commerce strategy for catalogue, inventory, sales growth, and brand visibility.* Handle product listings, SEO, keywords, offers, promotions, and data security.* Train, guide, and monitor team performance with KPIs using CRM tools * Coordinate with developers/partners to enhance website features & UX.* Track KPIs using Google Analytics (traffic, bounce rate, conversion, cart abandonment).* Conduct competitor analysis (pricing, offers, campaigns).* Manage budgets and drive profitability of the E-commerce vertical.
* Minimum 8 years of experience in E-commerce management.
* Strong knowledge of Marketplaces, SEO, Analytics, CRM tools.* Proven leadership and team management skills.* Analytical mindset with focus on sales & profitability.
