We're seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online retail operations. As an E-commerce Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales, managing online product listings, and enhancing customer experience across our e-commerce platforms.
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
- Manage online product listings, inventory, and order fulfilment
- Optimize website user experience, navigation, and conversion rates
- Analyze website performance, customer behaviour, and market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and paid advertising
- Ensure compliance with e-commerce policies and security standards
- Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Marketing, or related field
- 5 - 8 years of experience in e-commerce management
- Proficiency in e-commerce platform, (Shopify)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics software
