Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales platforms like Myntra, Amazon, and Ajio, continuous cataloguing, analyzing key performance metrics, optimizing product listings, handling inventory, and implementing strategies for online sales growth. The individual will also be tasked with ensuring excellent customer experiences, coordinating with teams to fulfill orders, and providing insights for marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of E-Commerce platforms and trends
• Proficient in Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance, and suggest actionable strategies
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and engage effectively
• Sales and marketing acumen to drive conversions and revenue growth
• Proficiency in tools related to E-Commerce and analytics (such as Google Analytics or SEO tools) is a plus
• Ability to work proactively, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Background in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
