E Commerce Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Manage and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, images, stock) across leading e-commerce and quick commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
2. Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplace ads) to drive traffic, sales, and brand visibility.
3. Regularly update and optimize campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with sales targets.
4. Handle platform-specific promotions, offers, and discounts, coordinating with internal teams for smooth execution.
5. Conduct competitor and market analysis, tracking industry trends and consumer behavior to refine strategies.
6. Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Seller Central, Seller Hub, etc.) to generate detailed performance reports and actionable insights.
7. Collaborate with marketing, design, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination between campaigns, inventory, and order fulfillment.
8. Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback, working with relevant teams to enhance customer experience and product reputation.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce/quick commerce platform management.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, quick commerce dashboards).
3. E-Commerce Knowledge: Hands-on experience managing product listings, campaigns, and promotions on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart.
4. Analytical Ability: Strong skills in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting with a proven ability to derive insights and implement improvements.
5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
