Role & responsibilities

Role: eCommerce Executive Product Listing & A+ Catalogue

Purpose of the Role

To manage, optimize, and enhance product listings across eCommerce marketplaces and brand websites by ensuring accurate content, high-quality visuals, SEO optimization, and effective A+ / Enhanced Brand Content to drive conversions and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Listing Management

  • Create, upload, and manage product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, etc.) and D2C platforms.
  • Ensure accuracy of product titles, descriptions, bullet points, specifications, pricing, and variations (size, color, pack, etc.).
  • Maintain compliance with platform-specific listing guidelines and policies.
  • Regularly audit listings to identify errors, suppression, or content gaps and resolve them promptly.

2. A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content (EBC)

  • Plan, create, and manage A+ content to improve product storytelling and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and content writers for banners, infographics, and lifestyle images.
  • Ensure A+ modules are aligned with brand guidelines, keywords, and customer pain points.
  • Upload, test, and optimize A+ content as per marketplace standards.

3. SEO & Keyword Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research for product titles, bullet points, backend search terms, and A+ content.
  • Optimize content to improve organic visibility, ranking, and discoverability.
  • Track keyword performance and update listings based on trends and analytics.

4. New Product Launches

  • Manage end-to-end catalog setup for new product launches.
  • Ensure timely creation of listings, A+ content, and media assets before go-live.
  • Conduct post-launch audits to ensure accuracy and performance readiness.

5. Continuous Optimization

  • Analyze customer reviews, Q&A, and competitor listings to improve content quality.
  • Perform A/B testing (where applicable) on titles, images, and A+ modules.
  • Implement best practices to improve conversion rates and reduce returns.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of eCommerce marketplaces and catalog systems
  • Knowledge of A+ Content / EBC creation
  • SEO & keyword research skills
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools (Amazon Brand Analytics, Seller Central, etc.)
  • Coordination and project management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.

  • 14 years of hands-on experience

    in eCommerce catalog management, product listing, and A+ / Enhanced Brand Content.

  • Strong working knowledge of

    Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central

    and other marketplaces such as Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, or D2C platforms.
  • Practical understanding of

    A+ Content / EBC modules

    , content structuring, and brand storytelling.
