• Developing and Executing Online Sales Strategies:This involves creating and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, including promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and product placement.
• Managing E-Commerce Platforms:This includes overseeing the company's online store, ensuring it's user-friendly, and managing product listings, content, and inventory.
• Analyzing E-Commerce Metrics:Regularly monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, sales data, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement.
• Optimizing Product Listings:Ensuring product descriptions are accurate, compelling, and optimized for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and attract customers.
• Coordinating with Cross-Functional Teams:Collaborating with marketing, sales, IT, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Providing Customer Support:Addressing online customer queries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service to build loyalty.
