Ultimately, a brilliant Sr. Executive - E-commerce will endeavor to enhance their skill set by continually learning about adjacent techniques that might improve collaboration between departments. Job Responsibilities: Manage sales activities on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Grofers, Nykaa, Purplle, Myntra, etc. Coordinate with e-commerce portals to plan and boost periodic sales. Handle product cataloguing and order processing efficiently. Resolve issues related to account and catalogue health. Create strategies to increase sales and product visibility online. Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely stock supply to warehouses. Monitor warehouse inventory and share sales estimates with the production team. Plan combo offers and discounts to maximize sales. Work with marketplace agencies to improve visibility and sales performance. Ensure smooth operations from order placement to product dispatch. Communicate with category managers for better product placement and promotions. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of e-commerce exports is a plus.
