Responsibilities Order Management: Process daily orders on Unicommerce (Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, FirstCry, D2C website) Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time Coordinate courier pickups and ensure timely handover Manage returns and file claims with marketplaces. Listing & Catalog Management: Upload new products on marketplaces (Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion, Shopify etc.) Prepare catalog sheets, update images, titles, tags, descriptions Ensure correct inventory mapping across platforms Inventory & Returns: Track stock in Unicommerce and ensure 100% accuracy Manage returns (QC, re-labeling, re-stocking) Maintain clean and organized warehouse racks Reporting & Analysis: Maintain daily sales and stock reports on Excel Share order and dispatch updates on WhatsApp group daily Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years experience in ecommerce operations Hands-on knowledge of Unicommerce (mandatory) Experience with Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon seller panels Basic Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot preferred) Ability to manage both catalog + warehouse tasks independently Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsible
