Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Executive, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The E-commerce Executive will manage and optimize online product listings, oversee sales performance, and handle account management on various e-commerce platforms. Responsibilities include monitoring sales metrics, ensuring the accuracy of product information, and working with teams to develop strategies to enhance online presence and sales performance. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to measure and improve performance metrics and extract actionable insights from data.
• Experience in Account Management to handle e-commerce platform accounts and ensure their accurate maintenance.
• Strong capabilities in Sales and Sales Management to enhance online sales and meet revenue targets.
• Team Management skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and manage team workflows.
• Knowledge of e-commerce ecosystems and emerging online sales trends is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
