E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to manage and grow our e-commerce business operations. The role involves overseeing online sales channels, managing product listings, optimizing user experience, coordinating digital marketing, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (company website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Handle product listings, pricing, descriptions, and inventory updates across marketplaces.
• Monitor online sales performance, KPIs, and prepare reports for management.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions, campaigns, and SEO optimization.
• Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.
• Optimize customer experience, including website navigation, content, and user interface.
• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and suggest growth opportunities.
• Liaise with logistics, finance, and customer service teams for seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with e-commerce platform policies and regulations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
• 2–7 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online sales.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
