Job Location: Pitampura, DelhiSalary: up to 30k (negotiable) plus sales-based incentivesWorking Hours: 9:30 am – 6:30 pmDays: Monday to Saturday

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced E-Commerce Executive who can independently manage seller central accounts on Amazon.in and Flipkart (mandatory) along with other leading platforms like Myntra and Nykaa. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of e-commerce operations, proven sales track record, and strong communication skills in both Hindi & English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage seller accounts on Amazon & Flipkart (must-have experience) and also handle Myntra & Nykaa.
• Create and manage high-quality product listings including titles, bullet points, keywords, and SEO-friendly product descriptions.
• Work on product optimization strategies to boost visibility and conversion.
• Develop and implement campaigns with strong focus on ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
• Ensure returns claims are filed and money is received in a timely manner.
• Manage FBA shipments, FC appointments, and removal orders for unsold/damaged inventory.
• Generate detailed sales and business reports, analyze data, and suggest improvements.
• Create and manage A+ content / EBC listings, Brand Store setup, and promotional activities.
• Draft and submit Plans of Action (POA) for suspended accounts/ASINs to ensure reinstatement.
• Handle customer escalations directly and ensure resolution within timelines.
• Stay updated with marketplace changes and implement them effectively.
• Experience in Quick commerce platforms (preferably) will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduation required.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in managing Amazon & Flipkart accounts.
• Proven sales track record in e-commerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of keywords, SEO, product optimization, A+ content, and Brand Store creation.
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English – written & verbal).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Team player with ownership mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
